Storage
After 3 months, please check out the box and recharge it before using it. Keep
it away from the ground, walls or the roof.
Transportation
The product is equipped with simple anti-vibration facilities, which is suitable
for transportation by air, railway, highway and sea. It should avoid from rain,
snow, splashing, inversion and collision.
Power check
Check the power supply. If the power supply voltage exceeds the specified
range of the device, it must not be turned on.
Commitment
If products works abnormal, you can, return or exchange the product on the
original purchasing platform by product warranty card or invoice within 7
days from the date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions
1. Within one year from the date of purchase, you can enjoy free parts
replacement and maintenance services with a valid warranty card or invoice.
(The replacement of the product shell and electrode pads is uncovered by the
warranty. The company promises to repair for free, which includes
maintenance labor cost and materials, but transportation cost is excluded and
we don't provide on-site repair services.
2. Due to improper use by the customer, such as providing the wrong voltage,
causing an accident, any damage or malfunction caused by the repair of the
product by the maintenance personnel not authorized by the company is
not covered by the warranty.
3. The company will charge corresponding fees for any additional services or
transportation services beyond the scope of our warranty standards.
4. Damage caused by improper use, storage and maintenance by customers;
damage caused by disassembly by maintenance personnel not authorized by
the company; no warranty card or invoice of the company's product; damage
caused by force majeure. Our company can provide maintenance services,
but need to charge the corresponding accessories and transportation costs.
Note: Due to the continuous upgrading of services, we reserves the right to
modify the Conditions without notice.
